Metropolitan America is a property management company that is based in East Orange, NJ.

Since 2010, we have provided property management services for over 40 buildings and 1,500+ units.

We provide a full range of property management services including:

• Leasing, both residential and retail
• Property Maintenance (plumbing, electrical, janitorial, maintenance, repairs/work orders, turnover)
• We provide most property repairs and maintenance using our inhouse resources. We contract out for major plumbing, major electrical, elevators, and the installation of new roofs.
• Manage City and State inspection and compliance processes (C of O, State of NJ DCA Green Card, etc.)
• Bookkeeping and accounting
• Financial reporting and preparing financials for tax prep
